在学生の皆さんへ：

皆さんは、もし日本に訪れた観光客が体調のことで困っていたら英語でアドバイスすることはできますか？また職場で英語を使う必要のあるとき対応することはできますか？

これからの時代は国際協力や国際交流が加速していくと思われるので、体調を崩して薬局や病院を訪れる外国人もいるでしょう。そんな時にあなたが英語で対応することができたら、より多くの人をサポートできるでしょう。その為にはどのように英語を勉強すればいいのだろう、そんな疑問を持たれた方はぜひお気軽に私の研究室にいらしてください。いつでも私が応援致します。

また、アメリカ分校のMUSCにある薬学部留学プログラムに興味があればいつでもご相談に来てください。

そして皆さんは薬学部にあるRxESS（English Speaking Society）をご存知ですか？この英語サークルには楽しく英語を学べるたくさんの機会があります。少しでも興味のある方はぜひ参加してみてください。お待ちしています。



受験生の皆さんへ：

理系は好きですか？英語も好きですか？　どちらも好き！と答えたあなたはぜひ私たちの大学へいらしてください。

薬学部では理系も英語も、どちらも学ぶ機会が用意されています。人生には様々な選択肢があり、薬学の分野で活躍することもその一つでしょう。その中で英語を話すことができれば、さらにより多くの選択肢を得ることができます。サイエンスだけでなく英語も学び様々なことに挑戦したいと思った時はぜひ私の研究室を訪ねください。

そして、私たちの薬学部には素晴らしい英語サークルRxESSがあり、英語の練習やスキルアップのための様々な機会が準備されています。皆さんのご参加を楽しみにお待ちしています！



Message to our students:
Do you think that you will be able to help a visitor to Japan? Do you think that you will be ready to use English in the workplace? We can expect international exchange and cooperation to increase, so there may be visitors who come to Japan who will need your help. If you would like advice on how to study English, or if you would like just to practice what you have learned, please feel free to stop by my office. I can also answer questions you may have about MUSC, our U.S. campus. Also, the members of the English Speaking Society (RxESS) are a really fun group, so I hope you join us.



Message to prospective students:
Do you like science? Do you like English? If the answer is yes, you have come to the right place! If you come to our faculty, you will be able to learn both science and English! There are many paths in life, and working in the field of pharmaceuticals is one of them. Being able to use English will open up many doors. You can practice speaking English with me, or better yet, with the members of our English Speaking Society (RxESS). They are a great group! We look forward to meeting you.
